All funds deposited into your kirkya account must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting funds deposited by a third party into your account, is strictly prohibited. kirkya reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending verification that deposited funds originate from a legitimate source registered to the account holder.
The kirkya platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All account balances, bet stakes, winnings, and bonus credits are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied by kirkya; deposited amounts are credited to your wallet in BDT at the face value received via the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests submitted by verified members are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and within one to three business days for bank transfers (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). Processing times are targets and not guarantees; kirkya will not be liable for delays caused by the recipient payment provider or by circumstances outside kirkya's reasonable control.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless kirkya's compliance team approves an alternative arrangement in writing. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. kirkya will not process withdrawals to payment accounts not registered in the account holder's own legal name.
Before any withdrawal is processed, kirkya requires completion of identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC). Verification documents may include a government-issued national ID card (NID), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of the payment method used. kirkya may request additional documentation at any time for compliance purposes. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the kirkya cashier at the time of submission. kirkya reserves the right to review and process large withdrawal requests in instalments at its discretion, particularly where the total amount requested exceeds standard daily limits.
kirkya offers bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible members from time to time. Each promotion is governed by its own specific offer terms, which will be published at the time the offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between specific offer terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, all bonus credits issued by kirkya are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual offer terms. Bets placed on games excluded from a promotion's wagering contribution list will not count toward the wagering requirement.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period, which will be stated in the individual offer terms. Bonus credits and any associated winnings that remain subject to incomplete wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be removed from your account balance without compensation.
kirkya reserves the right to void bonuses, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a member has abused the bonus system. Conduct constituting bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, exploiting low-edge games to meet wagering requirements in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
All games available on kirkya are supplied by internationally certified third-party providers including, without limitation, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each provider's games operate using independently audited random number generator (RNG) systems. kirkya does not operate proprietary games and does not modify or interfere with the game logic or RNG outputs of any third-party game.
In the event of a game malfunction, communications error, or technical fault during play, the affected game round will be considered void and any stake placed in that round will be returned to the member's account balance. kirkya accepts no liability for losses claimed to have arisen from a game malfunction unless the malfunction is verified and documented by kirkya's technical team.
kirkya reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until an explicit confirmation notification is displayed within the game or betting interface. Oral, written, or electronic communications expressing an intention to place a bet do not constitute a binding bet until confirmed by the kirkya system.
Odds for all sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other offered sports, are set by kirkya's trading team and are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet; subsequent market movements do not affect confirmed bets.
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events. kirkya reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during active play, without prior notice. kirkya accepts no liability for the inability to place an in-play bet as a result of a market suspension.
A bet shall be declared void and the stake returned to the member's account in circumstances including, without limitation: cancellation or postponement of the event beyond the accepted rescheduling window; the event commencing under conditions that differ materially from those under which the market was originally offered; or a data feed error that materially affected the odds at the time of bet placement.
Sports betting payouts are subject to a maximum single-event payout limit, which is published in the kirkya sportsbook interface and may vary by sport and market type. kirkya reserves the right to limit the total payout on any single event across all accounts at its discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kirkya platform. kirkya reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to void any winnings derived from such conduct:
Where kirkya's investigation of suspected prohibited conduct is ongoing, the relevant account may be placed under a temporary restriction during which withdrawals are suspended. kirkya will endeavour to complete such investigations within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the affected member.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kirkya's total liability to you in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kirkya account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

When material changes are made, kirkya will notify registered members by displaying a notice on the platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address associated with the member's account. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.
Your continued use of the kirkya platform after the Effective Date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting kirkya's support team.
If you have a question about these Terms, a complaint about a transaction, or a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or bet, you should contact kirkya's support team in the first instance:
kirkya will endeavour to acknowledge all formal complaints within 24 hours and to resolve them within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through kirkya's internal complaints process, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other avenue.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the kirkya platform. Any unresolved dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English, with proceedings conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules.
