You have the right to request correction of any inaccurate or incomplete personal data that kirkya holds about you. You may update many details directly from your account dashboard.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data in certain circumstances — for example, where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to kirkya's legal retention obligations.
You have the right to ask kirkya to restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as where you contest the accuracy of data or have objected to processing pending verification of legitimate grounds.
You have the right to object to kirkya processing your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests, including processing for analytics and responsible gaming monitoring. kirkya will cease such processing unless it can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests.
Where processing is based on your consent or on the performance of a contract, you have the right to receive a structured, machine-readable copy of the personal data you have provided to kirkya, and to request that it be transmitted to another controller where technically feasible.
Where kirkya processes your data based on consent — for example, for optional marketing communications — you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
The kirkya platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. kirkya does not knowingly collect or process personal data belonging to any person under the age of 18. If kirkya becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 18, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

kirkya reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, new legal or regulatory requirements, or improvements to our services. When material changes are made, kirkya will display a notice on the platform and, where practicable, notify registered members via their registered mobile number.
The revised Policy will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date. Your continued use of the kirkya platform after the Effective Date of any revised Policy constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Please include your full account username and a clear description of your request in all data rights correspondence. kirkya will acknowledge receipt of your request within 5 business days and provide a full response within 30 calendar days. Where a request is particularly complex or where a large volume of requests is received simultaneously, kirkya may extend this period by a further 30 days, notifying you of the extension and the reason for it.
